My dogs, a Yorkie and a Pomeranian, both weighing around 4 lbs, ate one egg each this morning and then became lethargic, sleepy, and slightly swaying. One of them vomited shortly after eating the eggs. What could be causing this behavior and what should I do?

Hello! My dog has an infected pad. I noticed he was limping about a week ago and saw that his pad was cracked, so I started treating it with Bag Balm, but it's become much more sensitive and painful to him, and he's hesitant to walk on it. I can't get him in to see a vet. Are there things I can do to treat it at home?
