My dog, Kia, is vomiting white foam and has had diarrhea. She is a 16-year-old, overweight, small dog. My dog, Diamond, started coughing and vomiting a gooey, bile-type clear substance yesterday, but only when she is up and walking around. She seems lethargic and is sleeping more than usual.
