Since eating a small amount of Subutex almost 36 hours ago, my dog seems better but is not eating much and has diarrhea in small amounts. Iām assuming this is normal but is there anything I can do to help her stomach?

My dog, Kia, is vomiting white foam and has had diarrhea. She is a 16-year-old, overweight, small dog. She has been vomiting about four times since early this morning and had diarrhea twice, once at 12:30 AM and again at 8:30 AM. My 93-year-old mother with dementia feeds her human food. My dog, Diamond, started coughing and vomiting a gooey, bile-type clear substance yesterday, but only when she is up and walking around. She seems lethargic and is sleeping more than usual.
