My 13-year-old dog, Daisy, has been shivering when petted, randomly panting even when resting, showing disinterest in playing, and sitting frequently. She also takes Enacard for her heart and was prescribed Carprofen, which doesn't seem to help. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?
