My 10-year-old dog has stiffness in the neck and tilting. He is on two medications, Metacam and Methocarbamol, and has a stage 3 heart murmur. He has an enlarged heart, which is considered normal for his age, and no heart disease. My vet suggested getting a cardiogram, more blood work, and another X-ray, and sending them to a heart specialist. Do you think he needs additional medication?

My cocker spaniel is 16 years old and has been limping badly due to shoulder pain. The vet prescribed Traodone, Gabapentin, and Carprofen, but they made her too drowsy. I switched to CBD oil, which is helping but she's still limping. Can I give her any/all of the original prescriptions along with the CBD oil? Additionally, she is panting and pacing when not sleeping. Is this due to pain or anxiety?

I am caring for my son's family dog, Boomer, a 13-year-old male Shih Tzu weighing 14 lbs. Boomer was prescribed Cerenia 16mg (1/2 tablet every 24 hours) and Metronidazole 250 mg (1/2 tablet every 12 hours) after becoming sick. He is currently experiencing difficulty breathing, with gasping and gurgling sounds, especially after minimal activity. He is resting and breathing slower but still has gurgling sounds. There are no wounds on his feet, he has a few lumps on his back that have been there for a while, he is eating very little, drinking a lot of water, and is blind in his right eye. What should I do to help Boomer?
