My 6-year-old Boston Terrier, Bowie, has been experiencing recurrent diarrhea despite treatment with dexamethasone and Tylosin. We have previously ruled out EPI and pancreatitis, and he has a history of allergies. What additional tests or treatments should be considered to diagnose and manage his condition?
