My 3 1/2-year-old Australian Shepherd has had diarrhea for 2 days. Her appetite is great, but she's a bit more down than usual. She is taking 3.5ml daily of K-Bromide for seizures. She may have gotten into the trash or had some canned food added to her regular Wellness Grain Free diet. She's been given a calming supplement with melatonin, hemp seed, chamomile, and sensoril. She's up to date on heartworm/intestinal parasite prevention. What could be causing her diarrhea, and what can I do to help her?

Our dog, Finley, a 1.5-year-old weighing about 20 lbs, ate around 4-5 raisins from a 2x2” section of raisin bread about 20 minutes ago. He has vomited several times, including regular food and packaging, but we found raisins in the vomit. He's now looking tired and has vomited bile. Should we give him water, and is there anything else we should do?
