My dog ate Aleve/ibuprofen. He is a little over 60 lbs and I don’t know how many he ate, but I found 3-4 pills on the ground. He has thrown up three times since this happened. What should I do?

Our 8 1/2 year old Irish Wolfhound, Charlie, has had bloody diarrhea and increased thirst. She recently had a vet check-up with full blood labs and stool sample, which were all okay. She has not eaten anything unusual, is spayed, and has hip dysplasia. She takes meloxicam and famotadine daily. She has also vomited a little.
