My 4 1/2-week-old puppy, Crescy, is very weak, has lost her appetite, has a stuffed nose, and is wobbly. She seems more tired than usual and has trouble breathing through her nose. She was last fed by her mother 2 days ago and is now being force-fed puppy formula. What should I do to help her?

My teacup Yorkie, Baby, age 5, is constipated with stool stuck in her behind. She hasn't eaten or drunk in about 5 hours and was straining with a piece of fecal material hanging out. I tried to help by applying warm water but she cried a little. Additionally, she doesn't have her menstrual cycle, and we don't know if she's fixed.
