My dog often feels sick in the mornings and doesn't eat her breakfast right away. She has been on Science Diet Sensitive Stomach for some time, and I've tried feeding her smaller, more frequent meals, but the issue persists. She sometimes burps and has gas, and occasionally throws up or has soft stools. What should I do to help her feel better?
