My dog Fiona, a Mini Irish Doodle, vomited a few hours ago and has had diarrhea today, passing out leaves from a plant she ate outside. She hasn't eaten or drunk much water today and is now acting sick, wanting to sleep. What should I do?

My 7-month-old female dog, Emmie, started limping two days ago. She is not bearing weight on the affected leg, had a run/walk the day before, and is eating and drinking normally. She is up to date on her heart guard and nex guard medications. We took her to the vet yesterday who prescribed carprofen but did not take x-rays. She is worse today and has had 4 doses of carprofen. What should we do?
