My 8-year-old Bassett Hound is leaking bright red blood after moving his bowels, which lasts for about half an hour. He is eating and drinking fine, but he is not willing to walk far anymore. He is still very lively indoors. He had major surgery last year where a benign tumor was removed from his colon, and the colon was pulled through his rectum. What could be causing the bleeding, and what should I do?

My 6-year-old male neutered boxer has had blood in his urine twice in the last 3 months. Antibiotics clear the visible blood, but microscopic blood remains. My dog (Kona) had a bowel movement in his kennel, which is unusual for him. After cleaning him up, he had another bowel movement outside about 30 minutes later, which contained blood (on 9-17). Now (on 9-18), he had a bit more blood but more stool. I also have a 5-month-old puppy. What could be the issue?
