She is aggressive and resistant to ointments and coconut oil, requiring sedation for procedures. My dog ate 20mg of THC from an edible. It happened sometime between 7 and 2 hours ago. I fed him food when I got home before I realized what had happened, and he vomited it up about an hour ago. Should I take him to a vet? Or should we wait it out? He is lethargic and seems 'glazed over'. He is a 50lb, 5-year-old lab mix.

My blind and deaf Chihuahua mix, who is 12 years old and has arthritis and stomach problems, screams every time she is given her medications (gabapentin, Pepcid, and tramadol). The screaming lasts about 20 minutes and then she calms down. I am worried and don't have a vet appointment until Tuesday. How can I manage her medication administration to reduce her distress?
