I noticed an abscess between my dog's toes this morning. He is limping on the affected foot and constantly licking it. What could it be and what cream should I use for the foot?

My 9-year-old Malinois had surgery 4 weeks ago to remove lumps around his hind area. He healed well, but since then, he has had gas, which he has never had before, and it scares him. Additionally, he lets out a groan when he lays down or stretches, which he never did before. Could the anesthesia have caused these issues, and what else could be causing them?

My best friend's bichon frise is 7 years old and only pees and poops in our house. She has dogsitters at various homes, but it is only our house that is the problem. We have 3 cats and a dog that she seems to like, and she stays at other homes where there are pets, so that shouldn't be the problem. We have a 6-year-old daughter she loves. She always does the behavior on the sly. It is stressing out my friend and me. Why is this happening and how can we correct the problem?

My Pembroke Welsh Corgi, Tag, had an incident with a horse 3-4 months ago where he was stepped on, resulting in a fractured toe treated with a splint. After the splint was removed, he had a slight limp which resolved, but now he is arching his back and exhibiting ataxia in his rear legs. I'm concerned about the potential cause and whether continuing with Rimadyl is the right approach. What could be wrong with Tag, and what steps should I take to diagnose and treat his condition?
