My Chihuahua, Zoey, had severe diarrhea yesterday morning and hasn't eaten or drank anything since. She has a history of pancreatitis, dehydration, and severe separation anxiety. She is sleeping all day, not active, and didn't respond when I called her name. She also cried this morning, but it's hard to tell if she's in pain. She looks like she's lost weight. What should I do?

My 12-week-old tri-color pit bull, Rex, has red and tender ears that he cries when he tries to scratch. He shakes his ears a lot and has a slight rash inside the ear, not in the ear canal. I've used camphoric drops in his ears for a few days, which seems to help, but I can't afford to take him to the vet. What can I do at home to help his ears?

My dog, Cookie, is extremely constipated, has low energy, and is refusing to eat. She has been trying to defecate often but only a few hard, broken stool pieces have come out. There is no vomiting, but she has a lack of appetite. Could this be related to her possibly eating a chicken bone?
