My dog, Akumara, a 7-year-old mixed breed (Boxador), just had a seizure that lasted about 2 minutes. He was sitting in his cage before the seizure and foamed at the mouth during it, but now seems fine. What could be the cause of the seizure and what should I do next?

My 10-year-old Cavalier named Pippa has a stage 4-5 heart murmur and a wheezing cough that seems to be getting worse. She is panting more than usual and has been prescribed Vetmedin 2.5 mg twice daily. She also has SM/CM (Syringomyelia/Chiari malformation), which has been controlled with gabapentin. What should I do to make her more comfortable, and is she possibly dying from congestive heart failure?

My dog, Rudy, a 2-year-old labradoodle, has vomited 5 times today, is lethargic, not interested in water, and threw up chicken and rice. The vomit started with food and later became bile. He was briefly normal after eating but returned to lethargy. He has had normal bowel movements but is generally lethargic. What could be causing this and what should I do?

We've noticed a lump under the skin just under our Great Dane's left ear. The lump is about an inch in diameter, solid but movable, and the dog frequently shakes his head. The dog's ears also seem to get dirty frequently, despite regular cleaning. What could this lump be, and what should we do?
