My dog, Kratoes, has a hematoma in his ear and is in great pain. He is currently not being seen by his regular vet until Friday. He was taking Apoquel antibiotic and Benadryl, but neither helped. His ear has been like this for at least 4 months but got significantly worse yesterday. What should I do to help him, and where can I find an emergency vet to see him today?
