My 10-month-old puppy, Sadie, woke up constipated, vomiting, and shaking when she breathes. She vomited once, and it was like drool without food. She had a small bowel movement with some chips in it, but has tried to poop several times since with no results. She also vomited again, this time yellow and foamy. She is very tired and acting sluggish. What could be causing this and what should I do?
