My dog had a large soft tissue sarcoma incompletely removed in May 2014, followed by radiation therapy. Recently, there are more and larger lung nodules, elevated liver enzymes, significant weight loss, lethargy, and increased water intake despite a decent appetite. The vets do not think she is dying, but I believe she is. What are your thoughts?

My cat has been throwing up bile regularly since April. I took him to the vet in May, and his blood sugar, kidney, and liver enzyme tests came back normal. However, recent tests show his creatinine at 6, his kidneys are slightly enlarged, and he is now diagnosed with renal failure with 75% kidney function damaged. How could this have happened so quickly, and should I seek another opinion?

I have a 6-month-old German Shepherd dog who received her 3rd 5-way vaccine on Wednesday. Since then, she has been lethargic, not eating, and sleeping all day. She has not eaten for 3-4 days and has vomited a few times. She does drink water. Should this reaction last this long after the vaccine?

I have an 8-year-old lab being treated for a UTI and inflammation of her lining. She was initially treated with antibiotics (flamix) for a week, and then amoxicillin for a month along with Previcox and tramadol. Despite this, she still shows signs of discomfort and needs to go out regularly. What could be causing her continued symptoms, and what further testing or treatment should be considered?
