My dog has a skin allergy to dust mites and has been on allergy injections once a month, but his condition has worsened, causing him to constantly chew his feet and legs, making them bleed. I have carpets in my house due to my dog having a pin and plate in his knee, and I'm worried he might slip and damage it more. What do you suggest?

My dog has been getting insulin at 7 am and 7 pm daily. Due to a scheduling issue, she will not get her 7 pm shot until 9 pm. How many hours is it safe to deviate from the schedule, and should we adjust the future schedule to 9 am and 9 pm?

My dog was started on Cipro and then switched to Albon within a 2-day period due to a chronic UTI. I'm concerned about which antibiotic is effective, as the sensitivity test results are not yet available. The ultrasound showed no growths, and the Cipro was initially administered by injection. Once the current flare-up is under control, the vet plans to start pulsing an antibiotic to prevent future UTIs. My dog is a 12-year-old Golden Retriever. What should I know about the effectiveness and safety of these antibiotics, and how should we proceed with treatment?
