My 5-month-old Boston Terrier, Tugboat, has been throwing up since 10 am. He can't keep any food down, and when he drinks water, he throws it back up. He has had a little diarrhea this morning but nothing since. The vomit was initially with food but now it's white and foamy. He was around a puppy that recently had tapeworms but was cured. What should I do?
