My dog, Kash, a 4 1/2-year-old neutered boxer, has been throwing up (initially food, then white, slimy vomit) and experiencing muscle spasms that pull his head to the right, making it painful for him to lift his head high. He has had recent surgery and is on antibiotics and pain medication. What could be causing this and what can I do to help him until I can get him to the vet?
