My dog, Kendrick, has nights where he needs to go to the bathroom every 10 minutes and whines. This starts around 10pm and can last until 5am, but he is fine during the day. He has been eating the same brand of Nutro kibble for 8 years, with occasional chicken breast and bone broth, and this issue started about a month and a half ago.
