I have a 10 lb 8-year-old Maltese named Lalani. She had a reverse sneeze 36 hours ago and has been vomiting (watery, mucus, clear/white/foamy) and lethargic. She is drinking on her own and urinating but won't eat and has an inspiratory wheeze/snore. Does the Maltese seem to be in any pain?
