She is now drooling uncontrollably, had terrible diarrhea, feels hot, is alert and acting normal otherwise but is slobbering so much we found her wet all over. My dog Winston, a 1.5-year-old Golden Retriever, vomited undigested food 10 hours after eating and earlier yesterday he threw up a pair of underwear. Could his stomach still be upset from that, or is it a blockage of some sort? He also might have eaten another pair of underwear or a sock. He is acting fine, has normal energy levels, and his stomach isn't sensitive to the touch.
