My dog, Milo, a 11-year-old Golden Retriever, has been experiencing diarrhea and vomiting for the past two days. The vomit is liquidy with food in it, and he has been rubbing the top of his nose in the carpet where he poops, causing it to bleed. He is eating and drinking less than usual and has been active at night but lethargic during the day. He has also been pooping on the carpet and rubbing his nose raw. Could he have eaten anything unusual, and what should I do?

My 6-year-old dog, Lulu, has been vomiting at least 10 times over the past two days. She weighs 70 lbs and has a normal appetite but was fed a meal of white rice, peas, carrots, and beef broth. She was on NSAIDs for 10 days about a month ago for a sprained leg, which is now about 90% better but still causes discomfort when running. What could be causing her vomiting and what should I do?
