My dog, Moonshadow, a 11-year-old border collie mix, has been acting unusually since recovering from Lyme disease. She has had some scary, down days, and this morning her back end collapsed when she went out to pee. She seems wobbly, disoriented, and has lost interest in food, including her favorite venison. She may have been constipated last night and possibly ate something unusual two days ago. What could be causing her symptoms and what should I do?

My dog is constipated. Her last bowel movement was last night around 7, but the poop was small and scattered. Her tummy seems bloated. What should I do to help her?

My 11-pound Chihuahua, Arwen, may have eaten some cooked onions from a pizza. I'm not sure if she did, but there were bits of food spit out on the ground. Is there a way to induce vomiting, and what should I do if she did eat onions?

My dog, who has sarcoma and is on chemotherapy every 3 weeks, takes gabapentin 300mg in the morning and 300mg before bed. Today, I gave her the morning dose and my husband accidentally gave her another 300mg (total 600mg). She weighs 64 pounds. Do we need to do anything?

My dog is not putting weight on her back leg. She is 7 years old, not on any medications, and had surgery last summer for tearing a muscle in the other leg. This issue just began this afternoon. What could be the cause and what should I do?

My 7-month-old puppy, Daisy May, was spayed on Tuesday. She was in heat at the time. After the surgery, she was lethargic, has labored breathing, and has no appetite. She also seems to be in pain at times, moaning when she moves. Should I take her to an emergency vet?
