My dog, Taffy, a 9-year-old, was rubbing her face on the bed when she fell off and may have come into contact with a nearby desk leg. She got up immediately and acted normally, but I'm concerned if she could have hit her head or suffered any injury. Her gums are fine, her pupils are normal, and she didn't bleed. Should I be looking out for any signs of internal bleeding or other issues?
