My dog, Walter, has a bump on his eyelid that appeared recently. The bump is pink, about the size of a tiny pea, and located underneath the eyelid. Walter is not licking or rubbing the area, and it doesn't seem to bother him. He is acting normally, playing, eating, and drinking. I'm unsure if this needs immediate attention or if it can wait until my regular vet's office is open tomorrow. Should I seek emergency care tonight, or is it safe to wait?

My 10-month-old dog, Finnly, had pelvic surgery 7 weeks ago and has been doing fine until today when he started vomiting. The vomit was initially liquid and then became foamy. He grabbed a licorice jelly bean but it was retrieved before he could eat it. He has been taking trazodone and acepromazine to keep him calm post-surgery. What could be causing the vomiting and what should I do?
