I accidentally spilled manuka honey mixed with crushed denosyl on my dog's eye. Is this dangerous for his eyes? Will it cause irritation? What should I do to ensure my dog's eye is safe, especially since he has chronic liver disease and pancreatitis?

My 4-year-old pitbull mix, Zeke, started limping severely on his front left leg 4 days ago. There's significant swelling around his elbow and paw, and he's in pain. X-rays initially showed no fractures, but the swelling has spread and is concerning. Could this be a possible infection or is it related to his chronic arthritis? He's also not eating much but is drinking water.
