My dog Weston has been acting differently, such as sniffing the air in the bedroom for a couple of months, waking me up with low barking, vomiting four days ago, and obsessively trying to eat his brother's poop. I am worried about lead poisoning due to loose paint chips in my old house. Can you ease my mind about this?

Hello, my dog seems to have a corneal ulcer. I should have some drops for this, just wanted to make sure I can give them while she is on gabapentin for a possible slipped disc or spinal stroke. Can I use tobramycin while she is using gabapentin?
