My German Shepherd, King Jack, has a flat, black, smooth skin lesion on his rear leg about an inch in diameter. He licks at it frequently, and I noticed it yesterday. He has been licking his paws and fur more lately, which I thought was allergy-related. There is no discharge, and he lets me touch the lesion, although he doesn't like it.
