Her stomach is distended, but she is not having trouble breathing. She is spayed and has no other medical conditions or medications. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My 2-year-old dog, Zoe, keeps licking objects and appears to have a scratch in her throat, which seems to be causing her to simulate vomiting and make a noise as if she's clearing her throat.
