My dog, Buddy, a 13-year-old cocker/cavalier mix, has a sore on her face that hasn't healed for a couple of months. It was initially thought to be a skin tag from grooming, but it hasn't healed and is bloody with lots of dried blood around it. There is no swelling, and Buddy has some hip issues.
