My Yorkie Pom, Ash, stepped on something and started bleeding from the bottom of his paw. The bleeding has stopped, but I don't see any cut. What should I do?

My dog, Odie, an Olde English Bulldog, has had a rash for the past week that has turned into a lot of raised bumps in his armpits and a few in his groin. The rash started as a blocky rash in his groin, stomach, armpits, legs, and ears. He has been licking the area due to itchiness. What could be causing this rash and what can I do to help him?

My German Shepherd, King Jack, has a flat, black, smooth skin lesion on his rear leg about an inch in diameter. He licks at it frequently, and I noticed it yesterday. He has been licking his paws and fur more lately, which I thought was allergy-related. There is no discharge, and he lets me touch the lesion, although he doesn't like it. He is 11 years old and has had hot spots in the past, but this lesion looks different. He is not on any medication and I make his food, which includes dry kibble and homemade chicken or beef with vegetables.
