Is it normal for my puppy to have watery/nasty poop after receiving IV fluids for parvo, and can I use amoxicillin for my puppy with parvo?

My dog, Walter, has a bump on his eyelid that appeared recently. The bump is pink, about the size of a tiny pea, and located underneath the eyelid. Walter is not licking or rubbing the area, and it doesn't seem to bother him. He is acting normally, playing, eating, and drinking. I'm unsure if this needs immediate attention or if it can wait until my regular vet's office is open tomorrow. Should I seek emergency care tonight, or is it safe to wait?
