My dog is leaking while laying down and there appears to be blood in the droplets. This started today. The dog last saw a vet around 6 months ago and is not on any medications. The dog's name is Gesture and she will be 15 years old in December. What should I do?

I gave her 25 mg of Benadryl at 8 pm but she hasn't relaxed. She seems to have diarrhea now. What should I do?

I have a golden retriever named Honey, less than a year old, vaccinated, and she has had on and off diarrhea with varying stool consistency. Recently, she has started panting more than usual, especially indoors where it's not hot. She is eating, drinking, playing, and acting normally, but the increased panting is concerning. What could be causing the panting, and should I be worried about her intermittent diarrhea?
