Our mixed breed dog is 10 years old and has recently become lethargic, refusing to eat anything, including his favorite foods, and has started coughing. He is skin and bones and has been like this for about 3 weeks. We have seen a local vet multiple times and have tried various foods, including special sick dog foods, but he still refuses to eat.
