Our two Portuguese Water Dogs, Ameliah and Bedielah, both 2 years old, were put on Pepcid AC 20 mg, FortFlora Sa Canine, and a bland diet of hamburger and rice by our vet due to vomiting. However, one of them had diarrhea and vomited again. The vomit was foamy with food in it. One dog occasionally eats grass. What could be causing this and how long will it last?

My 1-year-old 65-70lb labradoodle, Cash, got into some Christmas assorted chocolates and ingested several small pieces of chocolate while we were at work. He has thrown up approximately 3 times but hasn't shown other concerning symptoms yet. I'm unsure of the exact time he ingested the chocolates, but it would have been between the hours of 12 pm and 4 pm this afternoon. I'm wondering if this could be an emergency later or if his vomiting is a sign he's rejecting the chocolate.
