She is drinking a lot, has rapid breathing, is playful, and ate well. Her gums are pink but sticky. Is she in danger, and what could be causing her panting?

What should I do for my dog's ongoing diarrhea that has lasted for approximately three weeks, despite changing her food and giving her anti-diarrhea medication? She is drinking more water than usual and seems hungry all the time, but is still very playful and has no blood in her stool, which is very yellow and soft.

I have a large, mini Aussie (not fat) who just turned 3 years old in January. He began vomiting everything and was diagnosed with pervasive liver disease and pancreatitis. All 3 vets we visited (regular, ER, and specialist) said he doesn't have long. It's been a week and a half. What could have caused this in such a young, healthy dog?
