About 6 months ago, I had a crown replaced on a tooth that had a root canal a few years back. Right after the replacement, a protruding bump on the gum started bleeding. My dentist suggested it might be debris from the new crown or a separation from the bone. After antibiotics, the bump went down, but it has returned 2 months later. What could this be, and what should I do?

I have been experiencing very heavy menstrual bleeding for 5 days now, soaking at least one sanitary napkin per hour and passing large clots (approx. size of a golf ball). I am also feeling lethargic and weak, and have had a severe cold/flu for the past 5 days. I had a cold cone procedure for severe dysplasia in January, and my doctor said my endometrial lining was quite thin at that time. What should I do about this heavy bleeding and my current condition?
