About 6 months ago, I had a crown replaced on a tooth that had a root canal a few years back. Right after the replacement, a protruding bump on the gum started bleeding. My dentist suggested it might be debris from the new crown or a separation from the bone. After antibiotics, the bump went down, but it has returned 2 months later. What could this be, and what should I do?
