Hi. I had my son 18 months ago. I had a c-section, but during the surgery, some placenta was left behind. It caused severe pain for two months, nonstop bleeding, and doctors couldn't diagnose the issue. Finally, the problem was identified, and my uterus was cleaned. Since then, I haven't had any periods, and now I'm experiencing acne on my face. I'm worried and don't know what to do. Is it normal not to have periods, or is there a problem? Please help me.
