My 12-year-old daughter has a 1.5cm lump under her chin that has been present for 2-3 months, with a slight reduction in size over the last 2 weeks. The lump is firm and movable, with no pain or difficulties in swallowing. Her blood tests showed normal red and white cell counts, but platelets were at 33. What could this lump be, and what should we do next?

A 14-year-old female has a localized tremor in her left hand, and all blood work and MRI of the skull, as well as wrist and arm examinations including X-rays, indicate no abnormalities. What could be the cause of the tremor, and is there any further diagnostic testing needed?

He opens his eyes when asked to, but the medical team says he has no chance for survival and is not brain dead. The coma is drug-induced, and he becomes agitated when they try to reduce the medication. How can he respond to commands accurately, and yet they want to remove life support?
