For the last 18 months, I have been experiencing chills regardless of the temperature, ranging from 90 degrees to sub-zero. I recently had two heart valves replaced, which went well, but the chills have not improved. Lorazepam helps ease the chills, and my feet and lower legs often feel cold, which goes away if I take more Lorazepam. The chills occur all over my body and are worse when I'm inactive. I'm 77 years old and have a history of anxiety. Have you heard of chills being related to heart conditions or anxiety, and what other factors could be causing them?

Can I ask one question? I had lovely Pakistani kebabs with my family last night. Is it possible for the food to pass through me in 12 hours, especially if I go to the bathroom 5 times this morning? (Sunday is my worst day for OCD). Tonight, I go out again. Can I see black stuff in my stool from the kebabs within 12 hours? Also, I have a little mole/pimple under my right eye that has been there longer than 10 years and hasn't got bigger or changed color. Is this okay? Is it benign? I also found a red mark on my arm when I woke up. I scratched it a bit and it was red. Is it just a cut? Finally, now that they have checked the polyps and found they are benign, they are just doing another colonoscopy in 1 year because I had 5 and to make sure no others come along. If they had done this colonoscopy when I turned 50 instead of now at 45, could it have been more serious, or is the likelihood they would have been okay in 5 years, especially the 3cm one?

Our 10-year-old son has been experiencing occasional 'tickle attacks' in his left arm that last for 5-10 seconds and occur without any clear trigger. Shortly before these attacks, he feels a one-second warning of numbness. There are no dermatological signs, pain, neck stiffness, or medical illnesses associated with these symptoms. What could be causing these attacks and what can be done to alleviate them?

I had a tummy tuck 3+ years ago and have an ongoing rash at one area of the incision. It appears as a red lump, hot and itchy, and can spread over a 4-5 inch area around the incision. Both the surgeon and my regular doctor have no ideas on what it is. I just use Benadryl cream to treat. What might this be and is it a concern?

My alkaline phosphatase level is 294. I'm worried about what this means. I saw a doctor who wasn't very concerned, thought I had a virus or something, and I'm not taking any medications. I drink too much alcohol. What should I do?

I rubbed my foot with Noxzema and then Capsaicin, resulting in terrible stinging pain. I have washed it with warm water and soap. What else can I do?
