Hello, I have a 23-year-old son who has been stung by a wasp and is having an unexpected reaction. Last summer, he was stung and experienced significant swelling, pain, itching, and body aches, which were treated with pain medication, antihistamines, and antibiotics. This year, he has been stung again and is experiencing similar symptoms, including swelling, redness, itching, tiredness, and feeling worse overall. He has never had reactions like these as a child. Do you think this may turn into a full-blown allergy that could be anaphylactic? Should he carry Benadryl all summer or should we look into an EpiPen?

Is prone masturbation (lying down on a mattress, rubbing my penis) a risk for HIV/AIDS or liver problems, and could it lead to any health issues affecting my day-to-day living socially or professionally?

I have been experiencing nausea, headache, a pounding heart, and pressure in my head and neck. My pulse is 72 and temperature is 96.8. The pressure feels like fullness and is off and on since Tuesday. I also have a nervous, anxious feeling and slight chest pain. Should I go to the ER?

My 29-year-old daughter has had a 3-month dry cough. Her primary care physician (PCP) says her lungs are clear, and she doesn't have asthma. A gastroenterologist suggested Prilosec 2x/day, and the PCP prescribed Allegra. The cough is mostly annoying and hasn't been eliminated. The PCP suggested it might be environmental. Any suggestions?

2 weeks ago, I was cleaning my RV trailer and using a weedeater, which required extending my arms up for long periods and pulling the handle many times. Since then, my upper arms have had a burning pain, particularly where the shoulder and arm meet and right below that area on the outer upper arm. Is this damage, arthritis, or something else?
