I am 15 years old and have noticed sores and a rash on my body for about 2 months. I suspect I might have an STD but cannot go to a clinic to get checked because I can't drive, have no one to take me, and can't tell my parents. How can I find out for sure if I have an STD?

My doctor prescribed Carbocistene (Mucodyne) and nasal drops, which helped for a short period but the symptoms have returned. I have been experiencing shingles on my scalp for about 3 years, particularly on the same side where I had brain surgery. The blisters are filled with liquid and are very painful with burning, especially when infected. I also have a fever and swelling under the plate where my BAHA is. I have a constant dull pain under my right rib cage that has been present since 2008. The pain sometimes feels like heaviness under my right breast and worsens when I'm hungry. Additionally, the right side of my body feels slightly numb compared to the left. I've had various tests, including a check on my gallbladder, which showed no issues. There is rarely any back pain. What could be causing this pain and what should I do next?
