I accidentally took 40mg of dextromethorphan instead of 20mg and was wondering what side effects that might have. My blood pressure rose to 170/110, but I've since taken Felodipine ER 2.5mg and am monitoring it. I also took Robitussin DM at a capful instead of Hal, mistaking the bottle for the CF version. What should I do?

I took several blood pressure readings at home, ranging from 145/80 to 120/75. I also had one reading of 175/90 after running around and feeling anxious. My usual readings are around 120/75. Should I be concerned about high blood pressure, especially given my anxiety?
