I am a 59-year-old male with a chronic throat clearing problem that has worsened over the past six years. I have seen allergists, ENT specialists, and undergone various tests without finding a solution. The throat clearing is constant, especially after eating, and can be violent at night. I have tried medications, increased fluid intake, and even anxiety treatments like Xanax, but nothing has provided significant relief. Where can I find specialized help to solve this problem?

I have some measurements done using Apple Watch via some apps. It always says 'ENERGY is low!' Any advice to improve body energy levels? Is it related to the stents implanted? I get worried that the stents might get covered and tighten. My cholesterol is 124, but HDL and triglycerides are both okay. To push cholesterol to less than 70, I am sure it will cause betterment but might later cause issues with liver/sleeping, etc.
