I have a 16-year-old son who has been losing hair under his eyebrows. He tried Econazole cream and Desonide Lotion, but neither helped. The culture results for yeast and fungi were negative. Now, both eyebrows are affected, and he also has spots on his legs and arms. A biopsy was done on one of the leg spots, but results will take 2-3 weeks. What can be done to save the remaining eyebrow hair before the biopsy results are available?

My husband has small cell lung cancer, and every time he coughs he also coughs up blood. We have mentioned this to our GP and the cancer nurses, but they don't seem too bothered. Should we be concerned? He is otherwise quite well, but the blood is frightening. Thank you, Mrs. Delia Birch.
