My 14-month old son has been waking up in the morning with slightly blue lips (central cyanosis?). His lips appear to return to normal coloration later in the morning. While his lips are blue, his extremities appear relatively normal. He has had a bad cough for the past two weeks. Is this cause for concern?

I have been experiencing pain in my stomach area, directly above my belly button, which is sharp and causes sweating. Additionally, I have been having pain and occasional bleeding in the rectum area, which has been itchy and bothersome for about a week. The stomach pain is not constant but has been almost constant today. The rectum pain and bleeding have been occurring for a few weeks, with bowel movements being more diarrhea than normal and blood being bright red. I am otherwise healthy and not on any medication. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?
